Per CCK Bug-O-Rama review Is the small animated .gif needed/required? Are the small and large static .gif files needed/required?
Will talk to pinkerton regarding this - adding to 7579 external dependancy

Updated Summary to reflect new bug.... On the Customize the Netscape Browser - Part One screen, we need to remove the ability to view and choose the Small animated and Small Still .gifs.

The Beta 1 candidate builds are very stable right now, and Brent agrees that this change should be deferred to Beta 2. We'll release-note it for Beta 1. Changing TFV to M16.
