i followed instructions, downloaded 1.7.12 and lost all bookmarks from the prior version of Mozilla.

I followed instructions for saving bookmarks and installing the newest build of Mozilla Suite. I deleted the prior version. Not as promised, all prior bookmarks were lost.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.save bookmarks in folder. 
2.download 1.7.12
3.install it and delete prior.
4. discover empty bookmark folder.
