33267 - JA translation of "Properties" is not consistant

In composer, the Ja menu for "List Properties" and "Page Title and Properties" 
needs to be changed.

Steps of reproeuce
1. Open Composer
2. Select menu Format
   You can see the menu "箇条書きプロパティー" and "ページの表題とプロパティー"
   In 4.x, we translated "Properties" into "プロパティ" not "プロパティー"
   So, we need to change them to "箇条書きプロパティ" for "List Properties"
   and "ページの表題とプロパティ" for "Page Title and Properties".
 
Tested 20000323 Win32 JA build.

Japanese translation of "More Properties" and "Fewer Properties" buttons in 
Link Properties, Page Properties, and Image properties dialogs has same 
problem.  The buttons should be "プロパティを増やす" for "More Properties" and
"プロパティを減らす" for "Fewer Properties".
