34379 - No attachment icon & add to AB icon in the envelope area

No attachment icon in the envelope area - unable to save attachments

Win32 2000-04-03-09-m15 build

1) Start Mail
2) Send yourself a message with an attachment (I tried a .txt and a .doc file)
3) Get new mail
4) Select the message you just sent
5) There is not an attachment icon in the header area so I can't save the 
attachment files.

Resizing the window has no effect.

I spent some time this weekend investigating this, I didn't realize there was a 
bug already out there on it.  I think it belongs to evaughan.

Eric, this is an official bug to track that email discussion we were having 
today. The test.xul file I sent you is an isolated case for this bug.

re-assigning to evaughan. Changing the subject to reflect that both the add to 
ab and attachment icons are missing.
