If you read a signed mail with Mozilla you are presented with: "This message is possibly SIGNED. Mozilla Mail does not support signed mail." This is not very consistent since you both refer to message and mail. Please refer to either message or mail. And why should signed be capitalized? The text should be: "This mail is possibly signed and/or encrypted. Mozilla Mail does currently not support signed and/or encrypted mail."
We have another bug on the text already. reassign to rhp.

Uh, we really need our UI folks to make the final call on text for the product. Jennifer, any thoughts...I'd like to get this off of my list. - rhp
Simone is our wording expert! Simone, please recommend text and capitalization. "This message may be signed and/or encrypted. Mozilla Mail does not currently support signed and/or encrypted mail." "Mozilla" would need to be "Netscape" for the commercial version. Or maybe we could just say "This appliation does not..." ? Mail vs Message. My understanding is that "message" is a single unit. While Mail refers to the app as a whole?
Let's try this: "This message is possibly signed and/or encrypted. Netscape Mail does not currently support signed or encrypted messages." If changing Netscape to Mozilla for the Mozilla build proves too cumbersome a task, then I suggest saying "This application"
