Pressing the Back button should load the last page at the same veritical position

It would be nice if Mozilla would load the last page visited at the same vertical position that you were at when using the back button. Ex. When you reading a report that is 100 pages long and decide to follow a link while reading the 75th page, it would be desirable for Mozilla to jump back down to the same vertical position in the document when the user presses the back button from the link.

No doubt about VERIFYING this one; clearly a DUP of bug 16806, "Saving scroll position in session history".
