Details
There's several bugs I've found recently that are reporting the uninstaller isn't working correctly. I'm putting the ones I'm finding as blocking this bug.

BTW, these are just bugs that are dealing with deleting/not deleting files and registry entries, not other uninstaller bugs.

Old XPFE installer is dead now with the end of life for SeaMonkey 1.x, so this is not relevant any more in the SeaMonkey 2 world.
