Details

When you create a new bookmark by File -> New Bookmark you have to go through two seperate dialogs (one for url, one for title) to create a bookmark. This should not be two dialogs, but one! The same thing for create new folder

Fix checked in - new bookmark now invokes a dialog with name/url fields new folder now invokes an inline-edit row.
