The caret jumps one extra character when using arrow keys at a image in a designMode environment. The same happens in Thunderbird if you insert an emoticon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the URL from this report or any other designMode area.
2. Place caret before or after image.
3. Press right or left arrow key.
4. Observe that the caret jumps one extra character.

Actual Results:  
Caret jumps one extra character.

Expected Results:  
Caret should be before or after image not one character inside the text nodes.
This is not an issue on Trunk, please try a current nightly version, appear fixed to me, so probably a Branch only bug
