When firefox reloads a page, it selects the options that were previously selected based upon the value attribute of the option. When the value of a disabled option matches that of another option and the disabled option comes later in the <select> than the enabled option, the disabled option will become selected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load attached test case in Firefox.
2. Click reload.
Actual Results:
The second option, which is disabled, is selected.

Expected Results:
I expected the first option to remain selected. I did not expect that a disabled option could become selected by reloading the page.
