If you fx select "Helper Applications" in the category in the prefs the title of 
the pref page is "Applications". The category name and title should be the same!

verifying... tested using 2001.11.28.0x commercial builds on linux rh7.2, winnt,
mac 10.1.1.

cc'ing ui folx and ppl from other groups so that they know that the panel titles
all now match their corresponding category name. [with the exception of the NIM
stuff.] let me know if there are any questions or concerns here --i'll file
bugs/issue, if needed. :)
