or from the bookmarks menu inside the personal toolbar.  Therefore,
you have to click on the main windows before the arrow keys will scroll
the window.  I also tested the latest m17 build (06/21), and all
of the keyboard accelerators appear to be broken in that build.
The same is true when you make a bookmark choice from the bookmarks
menu in the top-level menubar.
