User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; FDM) Build Identifier: I think this toolbar will help user to customize mailnews to their need, which will serve as an important feature for users. Reproducible: Always

AFAIK, you aren't using SeaMonkey but Internet Explorer -- or if you are using SeaMonkey, then which build? Type about: in the Location Bar and paste the long string at the bottom, after "Build Identifier". Mine is like this: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008052001 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre and my Mail&News main window has a toolbar, which can be shown or hidden by means of "View -> Show/Hide -> Mail Toolbar". Even when "shown", in my theme it can be "collapsed" in which case it will only appear as a rectangle a few millimeters wide with a triangle over it at one end (a "grippy") between the menubar and the content area. Clicking that grippy toggles it then between collapsed and expanded status. Toolbar _customization_ is, in any case, only for some indeterminate future time in SeaMonkey, and only for Sm 2.0 or later since Sm 1.1.x and earlier lack the necessary "Toolkit" backend.
