438006 - Master Password is requested severall times after starting Firefox

Starting Firefox under the conditions named in "Steps to reproduce" forces the user to input the master password severall times:


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Requirements:
1. Proxy that requires authentication
2. User/Password for proxy saved
3. Master Password set
4. Multiple tabs open when you start firefox (e.g. due to multiple homepages)

Start firefox under the above conditions and you will be forced to enter the master password once for every tab that opens at the start of firefox and also confirm the proxy authentication once for every tab.
Actual Results:  
Several master password and proxy authentication prompts

Expected Results:  
One prompt for the master password and one for the proxy authentication.

This is not a duplicate of 356097, as that bug specifically applied to an earlier version of Firefox.  I experience this every time I restore a multiple tab session on four different machines that NEVER did this prior to upgrading to Firefox 3.  I have just upgraded all three to 3.0.2, and the problem still exists - I have 30 users that open 3-5 tabs as their home page, all of which need logins for our internal systems, and while this may not be a critical bug fix to the development team, I can tell you that I will be forced to downgrade all users or be lynched if this bug isn't fixed soon.  Please re-categorize as a new bug.

Every bug with this symptom is based on the same root problem which will be fixed by a patch on bug 356097.
