43904 - File menu Print Plus item in the wrong place

Steps:
1) Open a blank Composer document
2) Click the file menu

Actual Results: Print Plus menu item is below the Quit menu item

Expected Results: Print Plus should be the last item in the Print section so 
below the Print menu item

Build #/Platform: 2000062608 on Win98

We are contractually required to add this menu next to the Print button for HP.

Kathy -- thanks for the offer, I'd really appreciate if you could do it.
Looks like we currently don't have any NS-specific files, so how is this 
menuitem added? In some JS somewhere? If yes, then the fix is to get the 
existing "Print" item by ID and insert the "Print Plus" menuitem after "Print"
