User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 Basically, there is no excuse for the Tools => Options dialog box to be modal. Reproducible: Always
You can make the options dialog non-modal by setting browser.preferences.instantApply to true. That option is available because that's the default behavior on Mac OSX. But the normal behavior in Windows is to use a modal dialog.
