I don't know exactly what can be done with bugzilla, but the idea would be for linux distros to be able to follow linux related bugs easily.
We can create a dummy watcher account that all the Linux distro people can watch, and then that account can be CC'd to bugs that require the attention of the distros. How about linux@distribution.bugs or something simple like that?

What would be nice now is if people reading this message would Cc linux@distribution.bugs to the bugs they know that are linux related. I'm going to do that with the ones I know.
