445530 - Use "Forward" email format when "quote" message during reply email.

In "reply" email composer, the "quote message" only quote message without message header. It will be nice  to have an option to quote message "inline" using the same format as "forward" message which contains a brief message header. (especially in some "business", where people want to quote and quote and quote and .... back and fwr emails, with date, for tracking "see, i said this xxx days ago...blah blah..." )

This seems to be a very old request, and it does not still seem to have made it. The "reset-quote-header" also does not seem to work in SeaMonkey; is there an alternative available?
