STR:
1. In Tools/Options, General page, set your downloads to always ask where to save the file.
2. Go to a page where you can download files, for example:
http://www.freedomscientific.com/downloads/RealSpeak-Solo-Direct-Voices/RealSpeak-Solo-Direct-Downloads.asp
3. Click any of the FTP links to download one of the .exe files:

Expected: The dialog comes up, and focus events are fired on the properly focused radio button to "Save the file".

Actual: Focus event is fired on the dialog accessible, but not the actually focused item. As a result: JAWS does not speak the dialog and focused item. Only if you press TAB once, focus gets fired on the "Save" button.

This was reported by Rob Gallo from Freedom Scientific and verified by me.
More info: This only happens when clicking on executables. If clicking an MP3 file, the download dialog fires the proper events. However with the above URL, always executables are downloaded, and that exposes this bug. There are no radio buttons in that dialog then, only two buttons and a read-only textbox.
This was fixed since the focus manager refactor landed. Can no longer reproduce in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090613 Minefield/3.6a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729).
Please reopen if you still see any problems.
