In order for the attachment icon to show up in the thread pane when a message 
has an attachment, we need to make it so that the message gets notified that it 
has an attachment when it is displayed.

ooops. thought this was going to me.  reassigning to me for the moment.

Basically, when we are displaying a message we have to update the db that that 
particular message has an attachment.  This in turn will set a flag that can be 
converted into a property that rdf can handle that will display an attachment 
icon .

an message is read in, if there's an attachment, the db has to be updated.

two open issues:

1) libpr0n sometimes fails to load images, so you might see that here too. [know
bug]
2) we don't have special icons for news messages with attachment.  until we do,
I've copied the "mail message with attachment" icon and checked it in as a place
holder.

Using 2001-04-30 on win, 2001-05-01 on mac and linux In the thread panem I now 
see the Attachment icon on msgs that have attachments.   This bug is verified.
