browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing (true) has no effect on large SVG images
there is no zoom cursor on large SVG images

The expected behavior should be the same for all image types, new (and even experienced ) users may not be aware of the ctrl+scrl wheel shortcut to zoom images in/out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.find a large svg image (e.g on wikimedia) [ http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/64/Pathlines_streaklines_timelines_t0-t5.svg ]
2.go to page
Actual Results:
displays an image larger than the screen, with no option to zoom out

Expected Results:
should obey browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing setting and have a zoom in/out cursor
