I'm having the same problem with two sites we develop ( http://www.aacpdm.org/
and http://www.westcoastinternet.net/ ). I have been unsuccessful in attempts
to isolate a testcase and believe that it may be a state problem, such as
changing images using JS after the page has loaded. FWIW, I believe that this
was broken sometime between M16 and M17 as this was when I first noticed it.
Around that time there was a fix for the mistyping of width and height
attributes, which may be related (#44434).

I have found that using the objectRef.setAttibute("src",imageFileSource)
instead of objectRef.src = imageFileSource works. I am using this as a
workaround for now. Cross posted to bug #32269 as that bug seems related.
http://www.faz.de seems OK with
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/2000-11-06-08-Mtrunk/mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-sea.tar.gz
Is this fixed now? I don't see any problems with faz.de anyway.

I don't know why it didn't work (I cannot reproduce it anymore), but it might
be: bug 55714 "HTTP Pipelining doesn't load all images"

Does this work on Linux now? It should be marked WORKSFORME OR FIXED then.

Can anyone still reproduce this? If yes, could you please make a reduced
testcase? Thanks. Reassigning to DOM Level 0.
And since you could live 6 months with this bug (if it still exists), I must
guess it's not a blocker :P

Prasant, would you help confirm that this is no longer a problem?
