Hi, I am using Mizilla M18 (Buld ID: 2000073108), Classic Skin Theme While entering more lines than visible in an texterea field (e.g. this very one) the scrollbar on the right side will appear. (that's ok :-) ) But when you have at least 2 lines more and you move the cursor with the up/down-cursor-keys around, you will see scrolling problems. Scroll to the bottom of the text and you might (not always) see that the last line is not fully visible. When you scroll back to the beginning of the entered text by using the cursor-up-key you will notice that the cursor will actually leave the texterea field (!) and the first line is not shown. When you now type something the text jumps down and the first line and cursor is visible again. Alexander Kochann

works for me (win95, 080108). However, I have seen this problem with previous builds.
Confirmed the effect with (win98 2000080208) to reproduce: 1.open bugzilla helper 2.type into "actual results" eight lines made with lowercase letter a 3.with cursor keys move the cursor up to the first line 4.the cursor already is outside the box border 5.scroll down using mouse and scrollbar and the cursor will go even more outside see also bug 35229 bug 32334 bug 22684
Ok wow, great test case, seeing this problem now. Going to mark NEW as it doesn't appear to be a dup of any of those bugs. Removing dup mark. Seeing this in Linux 073108 and Windows 070208 Marking as OS ALL
