48174 - Row borders in HTML tables are not displayed correctly

In a table, lines between two rows are only displayed once.

You can see blocks of two rows separated by lines.

I've encountered this bug in the M17 release...

Try under Linux, I've reproduced it with the latest nightly build.
I have compiled the source code, and the bug is the same.

I use this version of Mozilla
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.12-20 i686; en-US; m18) Gecko/20000809
