We hit this maybe a few builds a week, causing spurious red. Seems to be clobber related - the most recent failures were a mozilla-central nightly, and one m-c & two m-1.9.1 dep builds that actually started from scratch. Timing or race issue ?

Yeah, this is a bad dependency race in parallel builds.
