Performance on history window when dragging is poor. About 1.5 seconds to
scroll 1 page on a PIII/450 with 256MB (debug build, though). No debugs or
other output.

Will recheck with FreeBSD 80000823 tomorrow (thursday). WFM with Win32 M17

Performance is still poor, but I'm not sure it's a good test - performace has
gotten MUCH worse. qawanted, linux and freebsd. I'll repull.

Most likely, the best thing to fix this would be changing to outliner, but that's
not going to happen for beta. Marking nsbeta1-. Reassigning to alecf

Mass moving lower-priority bugs to 0.9.6 (with Blake's pre-consent) to make room
for remaining 0.9.4/eMojo bugs and MachV planning, performance and feature work.
If anyone disagrees with the new target, please let me know.
