Details

Using a win32 debug build from 9/5/00, when I switch skins from modern2 to
classic, none of the toolbar icons actually change. So the back, forward, reload
and the mail toolbar icons are all still the modern2 icons.

Even new windows get the wrong icons.

Also, the task bar icons aren't updated either.

the rest of the chrome looks correct.
