We should have a UI to set whether the thead and tbody is printed once or
repeated on every page.
Testcase is any very long table which speads across several pages.
This is something to do in the future...

Well there are several bugs which are actually features. Therefore it is called
'enhancement'. Reopening. I don't see any reason why this should be won't fix
and "This is a feature" is not enough.

Please.. this is something to be addressed in the next version.. (feature 
version) and needs discussion on how to do this.  This probably will not be 
addressed until Next Year, and I put it in remind so it will not show up in my 
bugs that are crashers, features that don't work, etc.  Future is a special 
category that moves major type bugs to a category that possibly could be brought 
back into this release.  This feature has no change of making it into the first 
or second(bug) release.

I think we should not add a prefrence or even worse a UI. Pagination should be 
controlled via CSS. So if somebody wants a property that controls the
repeatability of thead and tfoot css3-table is the right place to document this.

Neil, can we close this?
Any UI would depend on someone implementing the preference, no?
Or can you in fact choose your preference via userContent.css?
