If you goto File Open_Weblocation, you get the popup window which has a 
blinking cursor but you cannot type, you would think, okay Ill click in the 
field and type...well that works until you move the mouse out of the field, at 
that point you lose focus. Now Modern has correct focus but blue and classic
(default) doesnt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on File-Open_web_location
2.try to type in classic skin 
3.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens till you move move mouse over text field	
					

Expected Results:  You should be able to just type when you see a blinking 
cursor....blinking cursor to me means you have focus....but apparently not ;)

I have not idea why this is skin specific.

Just wanted to let you guys know that as of 6:00 CVS pull 9/22 ive also lost
focus in Modern

Make sure your cursor is in the window your trying to type into when you test 
this.

Saari: well you mean your mouse must be in the window, but that shouldnt be..you
shouldnt have to have your mouse in the same window as where you are trying to
type. 
No kidding, but that is a different bug. I'm trying to determine if this is a 
duplicate of that other bug.

WORKSFORME, mozilla 2000-09-26-08 nightly.  I suspect pavlov's fix for 52414
took care of this.  I can move the mouse all over the screen, in fact, without
losing the ability to type.  Note that this fix is not yet on the branch because
the bug hasn't been ++'d.
