Now that most wizards in the app have been upgraded to the new shared style in
classic-win, the classic-mac wizards are looking a little unloved. Basically,
they need some padding to the left and right of the content of each panel. This
is easily possible using the wizardOverlay.css file that all wizard panels include.
Taking Ben's Mac Classic skin bugs...
