Starting 2000 100408 or 100504 (Win98, trunk, non-talkbalk) brings up a window
with a blank url bar and an empty content area if I start it using -console or
if I drag a file onto the shortcut. Works fine with build 100208.
If I right-click in the empty content area, I get frame options referring to
navigator.xul. Open Frame in New Window loads a new window at the URL
chrome://navigator/content/navigator.xul.

Also, clicking "reload" on the inner navigator.xul crashes (this is also a
recent regression).

Also seeing this on Linux (cvs from 10/5). At a shell,
$ mozilla http://www.mozilla.org
brings up a blank window. updating to all/all.
OS: Windows 98 → All
Hardware: PC → All
More fallout from the same problem that caused bug 55275.

this was a trunk-only bug, apparently (after reading bug 55275), so adding
vtrunk kw.
