Cannot upload large files (3-5mb)

form contains hidden fields, radio buttons and text fields
I think this is a dup of 54081
inch@deakin.edu.au (inch), are you still seeing this.  It should be fixed if
this is a duplicate of bug 48155.  If it is please mark this as a duplicate of
that bug.  Thanks.
Inch, do you still see this? bug 54081 has been fixed, there are reasons to
think this could be fixed too.
