From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.15-4mdk i686; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001010
BuildID: 2000101021

In Netscape 4 when you press N or click the next message button and there are no
more unread messages in the current folder you are prompted to move to the next
folder with unread messages.
If you have filters this is very important as unless you have all your folders
visible in the folder tree you don't have a quick way to see all unread messages.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a filter that will move all new mail to a folder
2. Collect your mail
3. With the inbox selected click the next message button (or press N)

Actual Results: You won't move from the current message

Expected Results: You should have been prompted to move into the next folder
with unread messages (where the filter put your mail)
this is bug 17801
