In order to comply with CSS1, we need to support "Cursive" and "Fantasy" fonts.

See URL for test case and sample code. Is this a libfont issue (does raptor use
libfont)? If so, please reassign to dp.

Adding Greg to the CC list since he's working on libfont...

Right now cursive and fantasy are the same as *monospace* on my Linux (and have
been for a while). That should be changed...

Adding 'beta1' to keywords. Beta1 should support all CSS1 styles.

Not so. UAs are at perfect liberty to match cursive and fantasy to whatever font
they wish. This is not a bug, it is an enhancement.
Actually these fonts are supported, we just need to set change the default fonts
on the Mac (the current ones are no longer shipped with the OS).

The prefs are not implemented yet: see bug 31413
In fact, cursive and fantasy are supported but the default values may not be
correct on all the platforms. I fixed the Mac, the rest will be fixed with bug
31413.

The style system part is fine. I could mark it fixed but I'm marking it dup of
31413 and copying the URL of the testcase over there.
