Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.13 i686; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001024
BuildID: 2000102421

While the date and time are displayed correctly using the current locale in the
thread pane, the date in the mail header of the view pane is displayed using the
en-US locale

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set locale to something other than en-US, e.g. de-DE
2. open mail window
3. select a mail in the thread pane

Actual Results: the date and time in the thread pane is displayed as DD.MM.YY
hh:mm (in 24h format), which is what is correct for the german locale. The date
header in the view pane however is displayed as MM/DD/YY hh:mm in 12h format
*without* the AM/PM.

Expected Results: the date format should use the locale for formatting the same
way the tree view does.

Thank you alot!
Fabian.
I still see this with the latest build from dec 11 (It doesn´t have a build
number in the title bar)
