modal dialog issue. when i tried this, the browser window that resulted only allowed focus in the URL location field [odd and annoying], even after clicking the in content area. however, i'm still able to close the More Info dialog, then close the prefs to bring back focus to the browser window.
This is actually bug 52372, but we'll keep this open for the trunk since I'm gonna close that bug with a temporary fix (hide the button on mac) for the branch.
ok, i'll re-assing this trunk bug to danm (unless you want it blake) 'cause he's the only one who can fix this the right way.

Unless I'm dense, the steps to reproduce can't be done any more: the Cookies More Information window brings up a special help window containing no more links. So this bug has been worked around. However, the underlying cause has also been fixed (by the fix for bug 56677), so this shouldn't be a problem any more.

No, you're not dense -- just using the wrong browser. The help windows are different in the mozilla version and the commercial version. The commercial version is the one that has the links. So you should probably test it out using a commercial build before closing this out.
Silly me. But, as predicted, the Netscape build builds a stack of modal windows now, and though that's gross, at least there's no problem with the browser locking up. Verified with the 2000-11-09-08-Mtrunk build.
vrfy fixed on mac os 9.0 using 2000.11.13.08 opt comm trunk bits.
