scrolling lags when the browser is maximized.
happens since nightly 4.0b6pre 20100905

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. maximize firefox
2. scroll
3. watch
Actual Results:  
it lags :/

Expected Results:  
normal scrolling as in full screen mode or not maximized.

xp x64
ati catalyst 10.8
resolution: 1440x900
Summary: scrolling lags when browser is maximized → scrolling lags
new results:
sometimes it lags even when it is not maximized. (can be 'fixed' by resizing the window)
and sometimes it does not lag maximized or not maximized.
fullscreen mode works always
