When pressing pring, dialog box comes up. Under page number selection, it is 
greyed out (options are from 0 to 0)and once I hit print, only one page (the 
first) out of 11 prints. The bottom is cut off.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Press print
3. Hit OK

Actual Results:  First page prints

Expected Results:  All pages print

A curious bug... ;-)
Probably a duplicate of bug 59503

I'm seeing this as well on 2000-11-18-20 on NT4.
