Open Link in New Window needs offset

Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001116 and Netscape 6.
When you open a link in a new window (non-maximized), it picks up the size of
the original window (which is good), but places the new window in exactly the
same place as the original. This is highly confusing behavior. It makes it look
like it ignored the "open in new window" and simply opened it in the same window.
It needs to offset the new window so it is clear that it isn't the same as the
original. Netscape 4.x and IE 4/5 offset the new windows a small amount. I'd
almost prefer that it positioned the new window so that it is showing the most
of the original and the new window.
This offset technique should apply everywhere new windows are opened (except for
when JavaScript window.open specifies a position). This includes not only the
right-click context menu "Open Link in New Menu" but also links with
target=_blank, target=_new (if supported) or with target=unknown_window_name.
Actually, it looks like the target ones already add the offset. Great!

Drat! This is perhaps a duplicate of bug 17149, although that one seems to be
more concerned with window size than position.

Yes, duplicate. (Ooh, I hate this (lack-of)feature).
