click-release works. click menu bar then drag down over menu items does not
select them.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click a menu, say "Edit"
2. keeping mouse down, drag over menu items
3. (think the description is clear enough... ;^)
Actual Results: can't select menu item
Expected Results: to select a menu item
Using Modern theme. Assume related to yesterday's bug w/ hierarchical menus.
