If you go to the preferences menu while you are in a form (in a text area and
your cursor is blinking), after returning from the preferences menu, the cursor
is still blinking, but you need to click in the text area before it accepts input.

This appears to be properly handled when minimizing, resizing, etc. Only from
the preferences menu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page with a form.
2. Start entering some text.
3. Go Edit->Preferences
4. Click Cancel
5. Type something; It doesn't show up.

Actual Results: The typed results are not shown.

Expected Results: It should have accepted the text or done something; The
cursor is blinking and appears as if it would accept text.
