This is the same as the other bug I sent you.  Just documenting in this 
database.  Again its because the observer for the ART image loading never gets 
called saying it loaded. CC Rick Potts..

Chris.. can you look at this. 
Basically the ART image is loaded.. but the printing observer never gets 
notified that the ART image has finished loading.  Rick Potts might be able to 
help on this also..
 I am assigning to you just so it does not get lost.. and if you don't have 
time.. give it to me and I will look for someone who can look at this.  Thanx...

I  didn't see much action in the bug report (didn't track the chek-ins). Will 
this be done in 0.8.1 or in 0.9?
sujay: Could you try printing an ART image now that the new imagelib has landed?

ART files don't load in 3/28 build on windows..filed a bug in bugscape:

after this is fixed, I wil verify this one.
Yeah, I still have to get the ART decoder re-wrapped for libpr0n. It is on my To
Do Real Soon Now list.
From the results I saw yesterday this is done!

turned on art animations for windows commercial. Will get to mac as soon as I
get reviews for the build changes. so fixed on windows.
Is ART image support only in the commercial builds?

I know nothing about the ART image format but if there's some reason the code
for this can't go into the Mozilla tree then this bug should be marked nsonly -
also in the mozilla.org status updates references to ART should be excluded from
future updates or it marked clearly that it's in the commercial builds only.

If this is nsonly what's the reason for it not included in mozilla? Is it a
closed spec or is it just mozilla people don't want it?
ART format support is only in the commercial builds, it is a closed spec and 
the decoder is checked into even the ns tree as binary only.
