need more options to reduce the amount of bugzilla email I get

I'm getting too much bugzilla email.
it would be great if we had more options to limit the email we get sent.
for starters:
1) if the only change is the cc list, and it's not to add me, don't send email.
adding mscott, putterman, and nbaca, in case they can think of more scenarios
*not* to get bug email.

moving all closed Bugzilla bugs to the new Bugzilla product.
This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX
reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened.
Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of
resolutions. Sorry for the spam everyone...
