These steps from a user who contacted me:

1)
Open test page:
http://fotoleto.ru/seamonkey/test/download-err-dialogs.html
in Firefox 4.0 or Firefox 3.0.x or SeaMonkey 2.0.x
(Windows XP)

The page has image tags in HTML, but there are no images there.

2)
Switch browser to offline mode.

3)
Save page as - web page complete - to local disc.

4)
You will get "Download Error" dialogs.
And you have to close each dialog with a mouse.

Last good build: 2007072304
First bad build: 2007072319
In Firefox 2007-07-23-19 as I see changes was made in file:
xul.dll

In SeaMonkey 2007-07-25-17

components/embedcomponents.dll
components/docshell.dll
Can anybody explain me how and what to change in installation files (in xul.dll may be) in SeaMonkey 2.5 or in Firefox 8.0 for disabling this bug?

Well SeaMonkey 1.1.19 is very good browser, I have to use it as my main browser only because of this regression, but now it's hard to use it - modern sites uses a lot of scripts and some new CSS and SM 1.1.19 is slow with scripts.

I can only repeat steps if anybody knows what to do. :)
Can you attach a screenshot of the errors?
For example this is a page of our local site, a lot of ads and pictures I don't want to see and I don't want to save with that page:
http://fotoleto.ru/seamonkey/test/2011-11-11-SM-2.4.1.png

Screenshot of the same page with my customization - no ads, compact view, big font. I switch to Offline mode for blocked images not to be saved and try Save As. 27 Download error dialogs in this example:
