Adding the libreg changes needed to build the Unix utility.
posting new diff of the libreg/src dir with nr_bufio.c added back to the CSRCS
macro and all weird Mac carriage returns removed.

xpicleanup in xpinstall/cleanup is now a part of the build.  Marking this part
of Post-Install-Replace-Utility fixed.

this point burning from this checkin.
Looking now.
cement's problem appears to be linefeeds.  InstallCleanupUnix.cpp shows up as a
[dos mode] file here.  muerte and OS/2 appear to not be regenerating the
makefiles properly.  Was allmakefiles.sh updated?

This works since upgrading on Linux works.  No need for vtrunk since this was 
checked-in well before 0.9
