Build 2001-01-24-08: Linux 6.2

Overview: Nothing appears in the thread pane when using the Alternate 3pane with
the Account level selected.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change from the 3pane to the Alternate-3pane layout. Do this by opening
Preferences for Mail and Newsgroups panel and select the 2nd radio button which
controls the layout.
2. You may need to exit and restart to see the changes.
3. Select the account level

Actual results: Nothing appears in the thread pane. I'd suggest collapsing the
message pane so the folders appear on the left side and the account level
information appears in the Thread pane.

layouts (3pane and alternate-3pane).

Corrected the indention problems in the xul file and added switch syntax in the
js file. switch is not strictly needed, but again we may come up many more
create alternate layouts....

New patch coming up.
