Frequently have to press "STOP" before form is filled

when submitting a new bug or modifying one, the page where one enters ones email
and password appears. The mozilla icon in the top right of the browser keeps
scrolling for a very long time. only after one hits the "stop loading this page"
button, does the form automatically fill with my info.

This is either a bug with the page loading endlessly, or the form not being
filled out soon enough (i.e. BEFORE the page is completely loaded).
Confirming --> Form Mgr I think and this may be a dupe...

When I sign into bugzilla, I always have to hit "stop" to get form manager to
fill in my login and password info. This happens on either a dialup or 1.6mb
dsl connection.

Mozilla never seems to resolve itself because you see the busy throbber image
continue indefinately.

The fact that bugzilla never finishes loading is bug 53596 and I'm marking this
as a dup of that one. The fact that the username/password doesn't get filled in
is a consequence of the page never finishing loading (as the reporter noted).

The request-for-enhancement to make the form-filling occur before the page
finishes loading is bug 58724.
