Details

continuing frames always get their cell map and column width information from
the first-in-flow.  this must be enforced correctly throughout the table code.

I don't know why you're messing with this bug.  Please explain what's going on.
It was marked "VERIFIED | " (no resolution) so Matti changed it to the more
accurate "VERIFIED | FIXED".
