67338 - [ps] Windows quote characters not translated at print time

The indicated url uses Windows quote characters.  They render correctly even on
platforms that don't have those characters, but on printing, they turn into
hollow rectangular boxes.  (Printing to "mackeral" on B21-2 from my Linux RH 7.0
machine using a build from a few days ago.)

Also, the first page of this consists of only the page headers, then a blank
page; the lyrics on the printout don't start until the second page.  Not sure
whether this is related or a different problem.

I've attached a minimal test case (too minimal, it doesn't have the windows
double-quote character, but I assume that's handled by the same code) in case
you don't want to have to read the Harrison Ford lyrics. :-)

Has this been fixed in PostScript module ? 
Xprint module (2001-06-10-08-trunk + patch from bug 57820) prints the testcase
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=24128) without
problems...
