Details

Currently the preview dialog for form manager shows a dropdown list for each field with the values that can be prefilled. But the user cannot enter a new value at this time. This report is a request to make the entries in those dropdown lists editable.

The fix for this involves the same files as bug 67379 so I'm posting one patch for both. The patch is in bug 67379.

In trying to verify this bug, I discovered that you can edit the preview dialog all you want but the new entry will not be prefilled with the new data, reopening
